Ingredients (8-10 mini pizzas):
– 100 ml water
– 25 ml oil
– 15 g fresh yeast
– 200 g strong flour
– Chocolate spread
– Pistachios, strawberries, hazelnuts, raspberries, almonds (for decorating)
Method:
Heat the water in the microwave (it should be lukewarm), dilute the yeast into the water, and mix with the oil in a bowl.
Add the flour and salt.
Stir to blend ingredients well, until the mixture becomes compact. When it becomes difficult to continue stirring, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF, gas mark 4).
Transfer the dough back to the bowl. Cover with a cloth and let it stand in a warm place for half an hour, until it has doubled in volume.
Form balls and shape them into small pizzas using a rolling pin.
Place the pizzas, that fit, on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and spread a little chocolate spread on each of them.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven and add a little more chocolate spread at the centre for them to have two different textures.
Decorate with chopped berries and nuts.
Note: You can use any chocolate spread. You can also use any other type of nut or fresh fruit to decorate the mini pizzas.
