Ingredients:
– 1 kg strawberries.
– A bunch of mint leaves.
– 2 tablespoons sugar.
– 250 g redcurrants.
– 250 ml water or a glass of ice.
Method:
Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and slice each strawberry in half.
Remove the redcurrants from their stems.
Put the strawberries, redcurrants, sugar and mint leaves (to taste) in the blender.
Depending on how powerful the blender is, add water or ice.
Blend until you obtain a smooth mixture.
