This article brings together six home projects with Santos kitchens fitted out with exclusive systems to illuminate the work surface, featured by publications specialising in architecture, home decorating and interior design.

Kitchens with integrated lighting profile

This lighting system developed by Santos consists of an aluminium profile embedded in the bottom of the wall units, which runs along the entire length of the composition and projects indirect lighting onto the worktop. To avoid glare, it has a diffuser that keeps light from shining directly into users’ eyes.

Kitchens with lighting bar with slit for accessories

It’s an exclusive profile by Santos that’s installed under the wall units and provides indirect lighting above the worktop. This element allows for switches, plug sockets and USB connectors, and comes with a slit to fit the intermediate area of the kitchen with practical accessories. Its fully customisable finish also helps to achieve greater chromatic uniformity in kitchens.

Kitchens with combined lighting profiles

The integrated lighting profile and lighting bar with slit for accessories can complement each other, serving as two extra light sources that improve visibility when working in the kitchen.
