The kitchen of this detached home is conveniently located right in the middle of the daytime living area and directly facing the garden. It serves as a hub among the rest of the rooms. A Pearl White FINE design by Santos was chosen to fit it out, defined by its clean lines and plain fronts.

The kitchen has been laid out around an island that – aside from holding the preparation, washing-up and cooking areas – comes with a built-in dishwasher, hob unit, sink unit, drawer units and storage units with shelves.

The rest of the furniture runs parallel to the island, comprising a row that includes two fridge units and two tall units with shelves and interior drawers at the ends.

In the middle of this composition, there’s a retractable unit with fronts that can be temporarily hidden away along its sides to make it easy to see what’s inside and provide easy access to the entire space. Its interiors, customised in a Kairos Oak wood finish, include shelves with rear LED lighting, drawers, oven and an auxiliary work area with worktop, lighting profile and plug sockets.

The renovation of this flat removed a partition wall that separated the kitchen from the lounge/diner, creating a single, roomy and bright space where the different rooms came together. The kitchen has been fitted out with a FINE design by Santos, combining the Silk Sapporo White and Synchro Rustic Oak wood finishes. The centrepiece of the room is a large island that visually separates it from the lounge/diner, without foregoing the open-plan concept.

The island holds the preparation, cooking and sink zones and includes – on its inner face – two hob drawer units, a base storage unit, an integrated dishwasher and a sink unit with recycling bins.

The outer face of the island features a panel extending down to the floor and an open unit with shelves finished in Synchro Rustic Oak wood. The worktop has an overhang towards this side, serving as a counter, and it has been finished with an original V shape along one of its sides.

Parallel to the island, there’s a composition of units offering multiple storage and integration options. At the ends, there are two fridge units, a tall oven unit and a tall washer and dryer unit.

The middle of the run, intended for the breakfast zone, is an open space clad with wall panels finished in Synchro Rustic Oak wood, and fitted out with two drawer units and two wall units with flap doors.

Beneath the wall units, an exclusive LED lighting profile has been installed, which comes with plug sockets and a slit that makes it possible to have practical kitchen accessories to hand. This is rounded off by two top box units, which expand the capacity of the furniture up to the ceiling.

The kitchen of this detached home with garden and pool has been completely integrated into the daytime living area, demarcated by a glass panel with sliding door. This lets users close it off whenever they wish, without losing brightness or the visual connection.

The kitchen furniture – a Pearl White FINE design by Santos – has been laid out in an L. The first leg holds the washing-up zone, fitted out with two storage units, integrated dishwasher and sink unit with double drawer, interior drawer and recycling bins.

The second leg of the L holds the cooking zone, with a hob unit, a wall unit with adjustable shelves and another wall unit that houses the filtering unit, plus three tall units: a pocket door cabinet, an oven unit and a fridge unit.

The kitchen furnishings are rounded off by a centre island in which the worktop – which extends along the inner face of the unit – serves as a counter for snacks and quick meals.
