Santos Recipe for July: Fruit and Vegetable Salad

One of the best ways to enjoy cooking is preparing simple yet original dishes that, despite being easy to make, never fail to delight because of their appearance and amazing flavour. Our recipe idea for July is Fruit and Vegetable Salad.

Ingredients:

– ½ watermelon

– 1 Fuji apple

– 2 kiwis

– 2 carrots

– 6 European radishes

– Sugar

– 1 orange

Method:

Dice the carrots, kiwis and Fuji apple.

Cut the watermelon into slices and then into small pieces.

Cut the radishes into round slices.

Mix everything together and divide into bowls.

Drizzle with fresh orange juice.

Sprinkle with sugar (optional).
