The kitchen showroom Santos Bogotá takes part in Medellín’s Design Fair

Santos Bogotá the exclusive Santos kitchen showroom in Colombia, took part in the ninth edition of the Design Fair held in Medellín.
The Design Fair is an exhibition and business platform that brought together companies and professionals in the furniture, interior design, finishing, industrial design, lighting, architecture, home automation and creative industries on 14, 15 and 16 July in Medellín (Colombia). Its aim is to facilitate contact among entrepreneurs, producers, brands and experts alike to encourage dialogue, knowledge sharing, lead generation, inspiration and the discovery of the latest trends. In this ninth edition, the event brought together 280 brands from 15 countries, and drew 25,000 visitors, doubling the figures from the previous edition.
Santos Bogotá unveiled a stand with 130 square metres of space – custom designed by the teams from Santos and the studio itself. This space featured a spectacular kitchen fitted out with the Silk Mink Grey FINE model by Santos, where a long row made up of tall units, base units and glass door units was set off by a large island with an adjoining worktop-mounted bar.
The studio’s stand also showcased a second composition, in this case, a lounge fitted out with modular shelving belonging to the Santos Living line. This shelving combines tall units with inner shelves – designed to keep items out of sight – and wall panels with shelves – perfect for displaying decorative items – thus offering both storage and organisation options.
Santos Bogotá rated its participation in the 2022 edition of the Design Fair very positively, as it enabled it to showcase its work and the brands it offers in Medellín, one of the most important cities in Colombia economically and industrially speaking, where a large number of construction projects are currently underway.
