Santos Recipe for August: Watermelon gazpacho

We want you to enjoy your kitchen while preparing the simplest to the most elaborate recipes. Alone or in company, in silence or with your favourite music playing in the background, on a rainy day or a hot summer day. This August, we encourage you to try this recipe for Watermelon gazpacho.
Ingredients
For the gazpacho (makes 1.5 litres or 4-5 servings)

Directions
Wash and chop the tomatoes, scallion, green pepper and garlic clove. Set aside. Peel and chop the watermelon.
Place the above ingredients in a liquidiser. Add the salt, oil, vinegar and ice cubes. Cover and blend at full power for 20 seconds. It is important to start at low speed and gradually increase to top speed.
Transfer to a nice glass bottle and place it in the fridge. When serving, assemble the ham and watermelon skewers by alternating pieces of watermelon with thin slices of ham.
Serve the gazpacho in nice bowls or glasses, with a splash of olive oil, sprinkle with aromatic herbs and place a ham and watermelon skewer on top.
